Using this site
This site describes North Fox Digital and its marketing services. The information is general and may change. Using this site does not create a client relationship or authorize work on your business accounts.
Plans and project scope
The published monthly plans describe the intended recurring deliverables. Before work begins, you and North Fox Digital will confirm the selected plan, start date, billing, cancellation terms, responsibilities, and any other applicable conditions in a separate written agreement. A written project scope will describe website, SEO, profile, advertising, receptionist, or other add-on work.
Approvals and promotional features
Client content, profile edits, public replies, and advertising are published only within an agreed scope and after the required approval. A North Fox Digital business feature is promotional marketing content, not independent news coverage, and is labeled accordingly. We use verifiable business details, do not invent quotes or outcomes, and only use quotes, photos, or private materials with permission. You can request a correction or removal without purchasing a service.
Third-party accounts and costs
Subscriptions, advertising spend, email platform costs, website hosting, receptionist services, and other third-party charges are separate unless your written scope says otherwise. You keep ownership of your business accounts and pay advertising spend directly through your chosen advertising account.
No guaranteed results
Marketing services do not guarantee search rankings, reach, followers, inquiries, appointments, revenue, or other business outcomes. Performance summaries report the information available from the channels and accounts you choose to share.
Promotional features and corrections
A public business feature may use verified information available from the business's own public pages and will identify North Fox Digital as its marketer. It is not independent news coverage and does not imply that the business hired or endorses North Fox Digital. Quotes, private details, and photos are used only with permission. You may request a factual correction or removal without purchasing a service. An invitation, quote, or share is not a purchase commitment.
